The problem
Finance apps ask for too much
The default trade in personal finance is convenience for custody: connect your bank, create an account, and a copy of your financial life lives on somebody's server. Crescia refuses the trade — records stay on the device and in the owner's own iCloud, and nowhere else.
The build
One person, every hat
SwiftUI and SwiftData underneath, iCloud as the only sync. The features that usually justify a server had to be solved without one.
The store
The part nobody warns you about
App Store Connect has its own curriculum: a monthly subscription rejected in review, a product ID reserved permanently by a mistake you can't undo, and the release cycles in between. The distance between writing an app and shipping one lives here.
