Personal
Yantar
The first one out the door.
A fasting tracker for iOS with the rule Crescia later kept: everything stays on the phone. The first app I took the whole way — idea, design, build, review, release.

The itch
A timer that minds its own business
Fasting trackers tend to arrive with accounts, streaks and a server watching. Yantar is the simple version: track the fast, keep the data on the phone, ask for nothing.
The build
Design as half the work
A tracker this small lives or dies on its interface — there's no feature list to hide behind. SwiftUI, and more hours in the design than the data model.
The lesson
What shipping teaches
The first full pass through App Store review, release and everything around it. What it taught carried straight into Crescia — which is the point of shipping a first app at all.
